    In a case where Jeeja Ghosh was deboarded from the flight on the insistence of the captain due to her disability, cerebral palsy, the Supreme Court came out strongly against discrimination over disability. The Supreme Court awarded Jeeja Ghosh damages for mental and physical suffering experienced by her through hands of Spice Jet.
