IOCL forceful and illegal laying of Petroleum Pipe Lines on Community Land

The Villagers of Dinkha Gramma Panchayat have been objecting to the laying of petroleum pipe line through their village community land " Gocchar Land" without issuing any notice for an industrial purpose. The villagers are in constant logger head with the District Administration and the IOCL Authorities. Infact criminal cases has been filed against the villagers who are objecting to laying of pipe line on the Community Land and put behind bar in the Covid lock down.
