The application of Special Leave Petition was filed against the final order of the Delhi High Court (dated 13.4.12 in I.A. No. 2090 of 2012 and I.A. No. 2091 of 2012 in C.S. (OS) No. 469 OF 2010). The petitioner, Ms. Jayalakshmi Jaitly had filed the said interim applications for impleadment of being a proper party to the suit as well as permission to visit Mr. George Fernandes. However, vide Order dated 13.4.12 the Delhi Court was pleased to dismiss the interim applications of the Petitioner. The petitioner asked for courts permission to grant Special Leave Petition against the above said order passed by the Delhi High court and she sought an order permitting her to visit Mr. George Fernandes. On July 20, 2012, the Supreme Court of India granted the permission to file the SLP. The court also issued a notice to respondents to submit their explanation within two weeks that why Ms. Jayalakshmi Jaitly should not be granted right to visit Mr. George Fernandes.
