One Transgender person namely  Misty Hazra formerly known as Sanjib Hazra living along with her mother in a appartment/flat, but owing to her Transgender the neighbors were feeling ashamed and started to abuse her and her mother so they can oust her. the accused persons assaulted your petitioner and her other also, by which they have sustained bodily injury.  complaint before concern police station, deputy commissioner, commissioner of police. finding no other alternative your petitioner filed an application under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C before Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate  at Alipore , South 24 Pargana, and Learned Court was pleased to admit the application.
