Dhauli Devi vs The State of Bihar through its Chief Secretary & Ors

In this case, the petitioner, Dhauli Devi had approached the Patna High Court with the complaint that children from Jamalpur Village in Hajipur district of the state were not being given benefits under the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS).
