Jharkhand Shadab is passionate about the criminal justice system and the abysmal implementation of the law in the trial courts and prisons in far-flung areas of the country. Shadab began as a lawyer in Dhanbad and now litigates in the Ranchi High Court. In addition to regularly providing legal aid to under-trials, Shadab uses the law to combat the growing animosity towards minority communities. Shadab also appears before the State Human Rights Commission and The National Human Rights Commission and has been successful in getting compensation for people who have been victims of false cases.
