Delhi Shodika worked on environmental cases at constitutional courts and the Principal Bench of the National Green Tribunal in Delhi. She also provided legal aid for under-trials in India’s largest central prison at Tihar in Delhi. Shodika was part of the legal team that closed arguments in a petition that was argued over 10 years to further sexual and reproductive rights, as a result of which the Supreme Court directed the setting up of fast track courts as well the expediting of trials under the laws governing reproductive rights.
