    Woman denied benefits under JSSK, JFY, and NFSA during pregnancy in Changlang Valley, Arunachal Pradesh

    SYNOPSIS
    Phungu kenglang and Tina singpho filed writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant a sum of Rs 10000/- under national food security act, 2013 to the petitioner and sum of Rs 700/- under JSY Scheme and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses under JSSK.
    The petitioners are lactating mothers and delivered a baby girl/boy. The petitioners submitted a claim application/ representation under sec.4 (b) of national food security act before the concerned authority for grant of Rs.10000/- and another claim under JSSK scheme as maternity benefits for lactating mother; but they received no response, hence these writs were filed.
