SLIC's new publication, Burning Injustice: A rights advocacy manual for lawyers, activists and survivors on acid violence in India, featured in UKAID's latest evidence digest ACID VIOLENCE Burning Injustice: A rights advocacy manual for lawyers, activists and survivors on acid violence in India (November 2014). This manual published by Socio-Legal Information Centre aims to create awareness around the legal, social, economic and medical ramifications of acid violence in India. Survivor testimonies throughout the manual illustrate the full range of alienation, apathy, and physical trauma that survivors experience.
